Recurring / One-Time Payments vs Checks

We launched our first Pool Dues portal with Georgetown Recreation Club in mid-April of 2018. Within the first 3 weeks…

– 11 members choose to setup Automatic Recurring Yearly payments
– 21 members choose a One-Time Yearly payment
– And in that same time, only 4 members mailed in a check

So 1 in 2 online buyers choose an automatic payment. This is way better than we expected! Georgetown no longer has to invoice those members year-after-year to pay their dues. It also tells us members prefer to pay their dues online. If you find your membership procrastinates until the end of May to mail in a check, it’s time to rethink how you receive payments.

From April 15-May 15, Georgetown Recreation Club had some amazing sales to report using our platform….

  • Skip Work Day Payments – $500

  • Kegerator Fundraising – $517

  • Swim Team Sponsorships – $2,750

All this and the pool season hadn’t even begun.

We’ll post more examples as they come to us. At the time of this writing, Georgetown hasn’t even begun their first pool season using our platform!
