Choose to email only members who have reserved a tennis court, are bond holders, have families or are seniors, have specific Interest Tags or are new to the club this year, and many more! And of course, you can email based on membership product or ANY product purchased. For example, you could email the buyers of a previous year's swim team registration product, and include other sub-accounts within that household.

Got regular tennis clinics or open play sign-up's?
Once your Tennis Director or Pro has posted their special events or clinics on the reservation grid, a list of those upcoming items can be added to a newsletter. There's no chance of broken links from manually recreating these lists. We pull content straight from the grid.
Search Sent Mail
Got a late-payer claiming they didn't get an invoice? You can always search your sent mail logs to verify their invoice was sent.
Review it before it goes out.
Take a final look at everyone that will get sent your email in the Review Queue. From here you can also send test emails to specific Board Members to proof read.

Every email can include two random sponsor promos in the footer. Most of your sponsors are members, so this reminds them there is true advertising value in staying a sponsor year-after-year.
