By default members expire 1 year from when they pay (or on a Fiscal calendar date like April 1). Every member that is NOT on a yearly recurring payment cycle can have their Expiration adjusted manually. Members on recurring payment profiles are always considered in good standing (we assume they will re-bill automatically) so their expiration is un-editable.

To Adjust a Member Expiration
Step 1: Find the member in the Member Info directory
This is a Board Member Only directory that stores most of your member information (this information is not visible to members). Every Board Member can browse this information, but only your Membership Director, President, or Treasurer can adjust the core information on a member (which includes their expiration).

Step 2: Unfold the first toggle with their Main Information
Enter a new Expiration in YYYY-MM-DD format, then press Update Member. That’s it! They are now a member for another year, or whenever you set their expiration too. You can also expire a member early this way too.
