
Overview
Send an Invoice to all members, or just certain membership types, with a reminder email that sends them directly into your website's shopping cart with same membership product they purchased the year prior. After paying, our system will extend their membership expiration so they won't be invoiced again this year. Your Treasurer won't have to do a thing for membership revenue received.
Choose Who to Invoice
On the first step you can choose between invoicing just the primary purchaser of a family or every adult member in the household. You can also invoice buyers of a specific membership.


Segment by Expiration Date
If they haven't paid this year, they most likely need to be sent an invoice. You can also choose to invoice members that need to pay by a specific date.
Remember: Automatically billed members will not be invoiced as they have already committed to paying on time.
Customize your Email
Add a Subject and short Body Message to your invoice. Each invoice will show the Product the household is being invoiced for, with purchase links that send the buyer directly to your club's shopping cart. Pro Tip: Encourage members to crossgrade to Corresponding Products that automatically rebill.
