Member products will activate or renew a household's account and fine-tune what access buyers of that product have on the website. For example, a Couples Membership would give the buyer the option to create 1 sub-account. A Singles Membership would not allow the household to have any sub-accounts. Explore some of the Member Product options below.
Member Tiers
Create a product for each of your current membership tiers. Set prices, fees, recurring options, and so on for each type. For new members, you can require an Initiation Fee to be added at checkout.

Recurring Options
Everyone benefits from recurring billing options. Whether it's the full fee annually, breaking the payments up over several months, or using our "Netflix" model, automated recurring billing makes life easier on the member and your Treasurer.
Granting or Restricting Access

Our website software will use a member's expiration date to determine if they are in good standing. If that date is in the future they are Active and they have access to the website and reservation grids. When a member product is purchased, the software will automatically set an expiration date 1 year forward (or to a specific date the next year).
Member products can also defer members by making them Inactive, if, for example, they are in the military or have extenuating circumstances.

Require Products
If you need to add an additional product, like an Initation fee, Bond fee, or yearly assessment, you can require up to two more products that will get added to the cart at checkout.
Corresponding Products
Every Member Product can have upgrade (or corresponding) option offered in their invoice . For example, a Couples Membership should have an upgrade option to a Family Membership. A Family Membership could have an upgrade option for a Family Membership Plus Capital Donation or Family Membership Plus 25 Guest Passes.
