How can I post minutes from our Board Member meeting?
Board meeting notes should be posted somewhere for all members to see. Let’s face it, most members won’t care enough to look at the minutes, but it’s your duty as a Board Member to make the minutes public for your members.
On your Board Member Dashboard are links to Create a Note or To-Do / Board Minute.
When you click on the link, you have tons of options to categorize your note. One option is Board Meeting Minutes.
After filling in the Title and optional body text for the Minute, you can timestamp by unfolding the Date Options toggle…
Hit Create and this Note will magically get added to general Member Dashboard as a Board Meeting Minute.
