If you have problems with members reserving courts minutes before they want to play, PoolDues has an Hours in Advance to Reserve field.

On the Court Reservation Settings page, there is an option to set a minimum number of hours in advance a member can reserve a court.

For example, if you want members to reserve a court at least 2 hours in advance, type in the number 2.
