A Member's Only reservation grid for pools and HOAs to handle restricted capacities.
Swim comfortably this Summer with a space of your own.
Unlimited Areas
Name your space. For example, Baby Pool 1, Courtside Table 1, whatever you want! Pools can be divided into an unlimited number of grids each with up to 60 areas.
Enter & Exit Times
Set up blocks to funnel members in and out at set times. For example, members could reserve time at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, etc. You also have the option to leave empty time at the end of each block for staff to clean.
Restrict Capacity
Every reservation grid can shut off at certain times if the estimated attendance goes over the amount you specify. When residents book, they will note the number of people in their party.

Easy blocking based on your facility hours...
Blocking can be used to give staff time to clean the facility without members present. For example, your open hours could be divided into 3 periods of the day, each separated by an unreservable time to clean.
Sell tables to special events or Swim Team fundraisers...
In less than 30 seconds, you can create unique products for each area of your grid. Once sold out, the product in that time slot is no longer available. You could sell entire tables or seats within an area! This is the perfect way to offset the cost of trivia nights, live concerts, or locally-catered dinners.
To deter overcrowding, some of our clients even charge a little extra for packed-days like the 4th of July.
